Dr. Butcher

Dr. Butcher is a native of Buffalo, NY who relocated to Charlotte, NC in July of 2024. He graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2017 to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in the field of Psychology;  then went on to graduate from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry located in Baltimore, Maryland to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 2023. From there, Dr. Butcher went on to graduate from the General Practice Residency program at SUNY Upstate Medical University/VA clinic in Syracuse, NY in 2024.

Dr. Butcher has volunteered at many locations and events to positively impact his communities of both Buffalo, NY and Baltimore, MD; These include Candles In The S.U.N. Community outreach program in Buffalo, NY; Habitat for Humanities in Buffalo, NY, as well as performing as a Campus health educator to increase awareness about the importance of organ donation at the University at Buffalo. Dr. Butcher has also spoken at numerous Public schools about the importance/ and impact of Dental medicine in the Baltimore, MD area.

Aside from his passion for dentistry and community service, Dr. Butcher loves attending small venue concerts and music festivals, exercising, taking care of his plants, and spending time with his friends and family. Dr. Butcher is very passionate about his goal of positively impacting the dental care of the community of Gastonia, NC.

Dr. Mesineni

Dr. Keerthana Mesineni is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the prestigious West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Growing up in Wilmington, NC, Dr. Mesineni developed a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others, which she brings to her dental practice every day.

Dr. Mesineni believes in a patient-centered approach, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual needs and comfort of her patients. She stays updated with the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best and most effective treatments available.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Mesineni enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves playing with her dog, which brings joy and relaxation to her busy life.

Dr. White

Hailing from the charming town of Southport, NC, Kenneth White Jr. was born to Kenneth and Ladonna White. Truly a jack of all trades, Kenneth majored in Biology and is both intellectual and inventive. On the field, he is a three-time All-CIAA, two-time All-Region, and USA Football All-American linebacker. Off the field, he was a member of several campus organizations, including the Honor Society, Ralph Bunche Society, SAAC, FCA, and Phi Beta Lambda. In his spare time, as a dedicated member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, he enjoys mentoring and educating the young men of our community.

After his undergraduate graduation, Kenneth attended the East Carolina School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. White joined the Student National Dental Association and the National Dental Association. He completed dental school in 2020. With his charisma and persistence, Dr. White is truly blessed and a blessing to everyone he meets.

Kierra Wray

With a decade of experience in the dental field, I have grown from a sterilization technician to a dental assistant, insurance coordinator, and now practice manager. I earned my dental assistant diploma in Atlanta, GA, graduating on the Dean's List, and later pursued an associate's degree in business administration. This education, paired with hands-on experience, allows me to excel in patient care, office operations, and insurance coordination. As a small business owner and dedicated professional, I balance my career with a busy family life. Married with two wonderful kids, I’m originally from Mobile, Alabama, and enjoy spending weekends with family and friends. My passion lies in delivering high-quality dental services while ensuring smooth practice operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients through effective leadership.
